Drug Utilization Review Board Meeting

This public meeting is a virtual event requiring attendees to login with Microsoft Teams, either via browser, Teams application (available for free download), or phone dial-in.

Members of the public wishing to attend must pre-register here beginning in late May. Once registration is processed, attendee will receive an email with further instructions and login access to the meeting. To ensure access is received prior to the start of the meeting, attendees are encouraged to pre-register no later than 3 pm the day prior to the meeting.
